Nesflaten is situated about a 2,5 hours drive from the city Haugesund via E134 to Røldal and RV13 from Røldal. Nesflaten is about 3 hours from Stavanger via RV13 (by the ferries Stavanger-Tau and Hjelmeland-Nesvik). It takes about 5 hours to drive from Oslo via E134 passing Haukeli and onward to Røldal, and then RV13 to Nesflaten. From Bergen it will take you around 4 hours to drive via Norheimssund. A great alternative route from Bergen is along the Discovery Route via E16 and RV13 by the Hardanger fjord.
